Olivier Paredes & Regis Fevrier

Winner of the prestigious Louis Berger Trophy (the sugar art category) and a runner-up in the Professional category at Championnat de France du Dessert, Olivier Paredes was a pastry chef at one Michelin-starred restaurant Shoenenbourg, and is now a Technical Director for Pastry at Le Cordon Bleu Shanghai.
