NIRAS is the first overseas concept of Bangkok’s Le Du, the winner of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 led by Thailand’s culinary pioneer Chef Ton (Thitid Tassanakajohn).
Headed by Chef “Mai” Naruemon Ratiphuthilap, and Chef Bua Sarocha Rajatanawin, NIRAS is an ode to Thailand’s diverse and vibrant cuisine named after the romantic and voyeuristic genre of Thai poetry called “nirat”. Recreating the menu that earned Le Du its accolades, NIRAS fuses local seafood with French cooking techniques to give Hong Kongers an opulent, genuine Thai experience.
