A Happy Pancake (a Japanese Pancake brand) has been entered to Hong Kong as of last September at Hong Kong, which is the brand’s first oversea Café. It has been obtaining great reviews and support from the local fans and tourists. It also won several prizes such as the Best New Café, and the Best Dessert from Open Rice, and 2019 Must Eat Dessert from New Holiday Magazine, and My favorite Café from U Magazine within just a few months of time even since its open. It has also been ranked No.1 at the Total Popular Rank for 90 continuous days at Open Rice. Their 1st Café in Kowloon side will soon be open at K11 MUSEA Tsim Sha Tsui this coming August. A Happy Pancake specifically selects each of its ingredient used with care and love. The eggs are all from indicated farm of Japan, and the wheat flour is particularly naturally mixed formula. They only use the fermented butter from a farm located at Hokkaido, in addition to some high grade Manuka Honey from New Zealand. Each order is made to order, with takes approximately 20 minutes of time. As for the upcoming K11 MUSEA Café, other than their most popular sweet & savory Happy Pancakes, there will be new items to be introduced to Hong Kong as the 1st time, which includes the latest “A Happy Puff” and limited offer of Fresh Fruit Drinks, and the brand’s own Tapioca Drink Series. They are ready to bring further happiness to their fans in Hong Kong.
