The Legacy House honours family heritage and pays homage to the vision of the founder of New World Development and owning company of Rosewood Hotel Group – Cheng family patriarch, Dr. Cheng Yu-Tung.
Stunning views from the Chinese restaurant’s stylish main dining room and seven exclusive private rooms overlook Victoria Dockside, which the visionary chairman first developed in the 1970s as the iconic New World Centre. The Cheng family’s roots in China’s Guangdong province are reflected in the delicate Shunde cuisine, characterised by intricate cooking techniques that strike a delicate balance between taste and texture.
