Dine at Asia’s No.1 restaurant — the masterminds behind Bangkok’s Le Du, the winner of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023, opens their first overseas concept NIRAS by Le Du at K11 MUSEA.
A culinary pioneer in Thailand, Chef Ton (Thitid Tassanakajohn) has garnered international acclaim for his spell-bounding cuisines. In particular his restaurant concept Le Du, earning the No. 1 spot on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 and maintaining a 1 Michelin Star rating since 2019.
Taking up the helm at the Hong Kong outpost is Chef “Mia” Naruemon Ratiphuthilap, Chef Ton's trusted right hand, who brings eight years of invaluable experience from Le Du. Heading up the kitchen next to Chef Mia is Chef Bua Sarocha Rajatanawin, a seasoned chef with an impressive background in Thailand's top restaurants including Siwilai City Club at Central Embassy, The House on Sathorn at W Bangkok and more.
The restaurant will offer a lunch tasting menu, as well as a choice between a 4-course or a more indulgent 6-course dinner tasting menu, both of which are updated regularly to reflect the availability of seasonal ingredients.
