Take your tastebuds to Korea with Gontran Cherrier’s latest concept, EGGWING! Serving savoury street foods at K11 MUSEA Food Playground, the new concept eatery serves beloved Korean street delicacies including egg toast sandwiches, corn dogs, and toppoki — presented together for the very first time at a Hong Kong kiosk.
Recalling the comfort snack of his childhood, Chef Sam Baek Hokyung has lovingly recreated the signature Korean egg toast for hungry Hongkongers. This upright brioche sandwich is jam-packed with bulgogi beef, spicy pork, crispy bacon, or smoked salmon alongside fluffy scrambled eggs and fresh vegetables. Topped off with a unique mix of condiments, such as condensed milk mayo and wasabi mayo, this quintessential egg toast will transport you to the streets of Korea with just one bite!
Street food isn’t complete without fried foods — don’t miss out on EGGWING’s variety of corn dogs with sausage or mozzarella filling (or both)! Toppoki lovers can also indulge in the classic rice cakes topped with bulgogi beef, spicy pork, mozzarella, and more!

Presented by Gallery 27, Kazumasa Nagai: From Now to Eternity is a retrospective showcase featuring over 100 selected posters and original etchings works by Japanese graphic design master Kazumasa Nagai.
Kazumasa Nagai is recognised as one of the most acclaimed Japanese designers and printmakers in the twentieth century. His creative works, from corporate logos to posters for commercial campaigns and cultural events, established a design language in post-war Japan that balances economy, society and culture.
Tracing Nagai’s prolific career from the 1950s to the present, the showcase highlights the four phases of Nagai’s design practice — ‘Lens to the World’, ‘Beyond the Horizon’, ‘Imagery of the Living World’, and ‘Friends for LIFE’. From abstract geometric designs to experimental photo collages, these creations offer fresh insight into the depth and breadth of his artistic vision.
Enjoy Nagai’s posters as a never seen before 1.9-metre installation, created in collaboration with THE HOUSE OF DESIGN AND ART. You can also take home Nagai’s first-ever authorised collectibles — 150 art figurines in 5 different styles, each marked with a unique number!
