Located in the prime location of K11 MUSEA, the VIP lounge spans approximately 2,000 ft. Its meticulously designed interior features a main lounge and four private VIP rooms. Newly renovated, it provides an exclusive space for KLUB 11 Black Card members, offering a comprehensive and unique private experience.

Terms & Condition :
- Only valid KLUB 11 Black Vantage Members and Black Card Members are eligible to access the K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge.
- By reservation online only, walk-ins are not preferred, subject to availability. Reservation is subject to availability and session slots will only be opened for the coming 7 days.
- Each Member may bring one (1) guest at no additional charge. Each additional guest will be charged HK$175 per person. Each Member may only book one (1) session per day.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge.
- Pets are not allowed in the premises of K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge (except for guide dogs for the visually impaired).
- Children of age 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times.
- Parents/Guardians should take care of their children and assume full responsibility and liability for their children while on the premises.
- You are not allowed access to restricted areas. You also shall not damage any exhibit, wall or any other facilities of K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge.
- No climbing on the facilities.
- No shouting.
- No smoking and you are not allowed to bring any inflammable items into the premises of NDP.
- Please keep the venue clean and no littering.
- Properly open and close the doors in the premises with care. NDPL reserves the right to charge additional maintenance or repair fee for any damage caused.
- No drones or other flying devices are allowed in K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge unless with prior written approval of NDPL.
- No unauthorized commercial activities, banners, buntings, advertising materials, photo taking, video or other recordings of any kind, no matter if it is related to media or commercial purposes, are allowed unless with NDPL’s prior written approval. Anyone involved in any of the above activities without the prior written authorization of NDPL may be asked to leave VIP Lounge without any refund.
- Visitors who have made the reservation will not receive phone call or email notifications from NDPL for special arrangements. If rescheduling needed, please contact NDPL at 91075312.
- Access to and use of the K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge are subject to the applicable rules, regulations, and terms and conditions of K11 MUSEA.
- K11 MUSEA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, K11 MUSEA reserves the right of final decision, which shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of HKSAR.
Arrangements for Inclement Weather Conditions
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above
- Signal/Warning hosted BEFORE opening hours (10 a.m.), K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge will be opened in 2 hours after the above signal is cancelled. If the above signal remains in effect at 14:00, K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge will be closed for the entire day.
- Signal/Warning hosted DURING opening hours, K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge will be closed after the above signal has been in effect.
Black Rainstorm Warning
- Signal/Warning hosted BEFORE opening hours (10 a.m.), K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge will be opened in 2 hours after the above warning is cancelled. If the signal remains in effect at 14:00, K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge will be closed for the entire day.
- Signal/Warning hosted DURING opening hours, the indoor area of K11 MUSEA VIP Lounge will remain opened until the closing hour. All outdoor activities will be suspended until the warning is cancelled.
