Cumulative Same-Day Spending Amount is calculated based on a maximum of 4 Eligible Receipts issued by the merchants at K11 MUSEA and each Eligible Receipt must contain a minimum spending of HK$50, excluding spending by K Dollar(s) and/or K11 physical / electronic gift voucher(s) and/or any physical/electronic gift voucher(s) issued by merchants.

2. Members must register their Eligible Transaction(s) at Redemption Counter to redeem the Rewards on the date of Eligible Transaction.

3. Each spending tier of the Reward can only be redeemed once on each day during the Promotion Period. The Reward is offered on a first-come-first-served basis and is subject to the quota as stipulated.

4. The usage rights of the e-voucher(s) are subject to relevant terms and conditions listed on each e-voucher(s) respectively and the terms and conditions of the designated merchants who accept such e-voucher(s).

• Is the K11 MUSEA Gift Card reloadable?
No. K11 MUSEA Gift Card is non-reloadable.

• Is there any expiry date for the K11 MUSEA Gift Card? How can I check the expiry date of my card?
K11 MUSEA Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the month of purchase, or until the stored value has been used up. The validity period is stated on the back of the Gift Card.

• How to check card balance?
Cardholders can login to 33 Finance’s mobile app (App Store / Google Play), www.33finance.com or call the 33 Finance Service Hotline at (852) 3900 9833 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm) for free enquiry. Cardholders can also check the card balance at ATMs with UnionPay logo, with a service charge of HK$5 per transaction.

• How to change the K11 MUSEA Gift Card’s initial PIN? What if I forget my K11 MUSEA Gift Card PIN?
Cardholders can login to 33 Finance’s Mobile App (App Store / Google Play) or www.33finance.com to change the PIN for the first time. However, after the card is activated, PIN cannot be reset. In case of a forgotten password, cardholders can bring the card along to the 33 Financial Services Limited office to reissue a new card. Card replacement handling fee applies. Please refer to the K11 MUSEA Gift Card Fees and Charges for details.

• Can I use K11 MUSEA Gift Card on the K11 ESHOP?
No. K11 MUSEA Gift Card cannot be used on the K11 ESHOP or any other online shops.

• Can I use K Dollars to buy Gift Cards? Can I earn K points on Gift Card spending?
No. Normally, members cannot use K Dollars to buy Gift Cards and Gift Card spending is not eligible for K Point accumulation.
• Can I use my Consumption Vouchers to purchase a K11 MUSEA Gift Card?
No. Consumption Vouchers cannot be used for purchase of financial products.

Terms and conditions
Each person may purchase gift cards of up to a maximum total value of HK$25,000 per calendar year, and up to 5 cards per transaction. The K11 MUSEA Gift Card is available for purchase via electronic payment (except for Octopus, AMEX) at Koncierge, G/F, K11 MUSEA; valid for 12 months from the month of purchase.
