The extensive à la carte menu includes seasonal Cantonese specialties, a lunchtime dim sum selection, plus set lunch and dinner menus.
The design showcases the restaurant’s stunning harbourviews, rich heritage and elegant jade theme with a unique series of spaces inspired by a jade jewellery box which opens to reveal layers of treasured collectibles and discoveries of Cantonese culinary arts.
