Born and raised in Hong Kong, Executive Chef Kin-san honed his sushi-making techniques within the kitchens of some of the world’s most renowned sushi restaurants, including the former Michelin-starred Sushi-Iwa in Tokyo. Hong Kong’s first outpost was also granted the Michelin gong, awarded one star for 4 consecutive years. Having transformed into Sushi Wadatsumi over the years, the popular restaurant has relocated to K11 MUSEA, serving traditional Edomae-style sushi made with the freshest ingredients, and delivering an authentic sushi omakase experience.
